1 Start from Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see the Dashboard with your campaign overview and quick actions.

Click Campaign Builder in the left sidebar to create your first campaign.

Creating a New Campaign

1 Basic Information
  • Enter a unique Campaign Name
  • Add Company Name for brand consistency
  • The system validates campaign name uniqueness automatically
2 Upload Logo
  • Click Upload Logo to add your brand logo
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG (max 10MB)
  • Logo appears in preview and can be replaced or removed
  • Logo persists when you save or update the campaign
3 Upload Reference Files
  • Drag & drop files into the dropzone, or click to browse
  • Supported: PDF, DOCX, TXT (max 10MB total)
  • Previously uploaded files show in green chips with delete option
  • Click Upload Files to process new files

Editing Existing Campaigns

When you open an existing campaign:

  • All fields are pre-populated with saved values
  • Logo appears with replace/remove options
  • Uploaded files show in green chips (can delete)
  • Generated slides are editable
  • Click Update Campaign to save changes
Campaign names must be unique. The system checks availability as you type and shows an error if the name already exists.
Upload reference documents (PDFs, DOCX) to provide context for AI generation. This significantly improves content quality and relevance.

Troubleshooting

File Upload Issues

  • No file uploaded: Ensure you click "Upload Files" after dropping files
  • Payload too large: Total files + logo must be under 10MB. Reduce file sizes or upload fewer files
  • Files not showing on edit: Check that files were uploaded successfully before saving campaign

Campaign Update Issues

  • Failed to fetch: Server may be down. Check console for payload size. Restart Next.js if needed
  • Changes not persisting: Verify you clicked "Update Campaign" and saw success notification
  • Logo/files lost: Ensure files were uploaded before updating. Check database for saved settings

Campaign List View

The campaign list displays:

  • Campaign Name: Click to edit
  • Status: Draft, Active, Scheduled, Completed
  • Created Date: When campaign was created
  • Last Modified: Last update timestamp
  • Platform(s): Target publishing platforms

Duplicate Campaign

Create a copy of an existing campaign to use as a template:

  1. Click Duplicate on the campaign
  2. System creates a copy with "(Copy)" appended to name
  3. Edit the duplicate as needed
  4. Save with a new unique name

Delete Campaign

Deleting a campaign is permanent and cannot be undone. All slides, settings, and analytics data will be lost.

  2. Confirm deletion in the dialog
  3. Campaign is removed from your account

  • Click Draft Manager in the sidebar
  • View all campaigns with "Draft" status

✏️ Edit Draft

Click Edit to open draft in Campaign Builder. Continue where you left off with all data preserved.

✅ Convert to Active

When draft is complete, click Activate to convert to active campaign. System validates all required fields first.

Create a copy of a draft to use as a template. Useful for campaign series with similar content.

🗑️ Delete Draft

Permanently remove drafts you no longer need. Action cannot be undone.
